Your medical health has an impact on your dental health.  It is important that you keep us up to date regarding your overall health and any medications that you are taking.  Please bring a current medication list to your first visit and continue to update us should things change in the future.  If you have dental insurance please provide us with your insurance card and we will be pleased to bill your insurance company directly.
